I bank here, not out of choice, but of convenience as my whole family banks here and has since they were Salida Building & Loan. Their service is okay, the few people they seem to keep. (They once hired a guy that physically fought me in my own business.) But good luck finding basic services for everyday people, like a notary, for example.
They illegally hold your money from you just to make you call them.
They have a problem of employees stealing from them. Try another bank in town

You CANNOT put a hold on a customer's account and then tell them "its federal regulation sir" to put a hold on a account just to get a new mailing address on a profile.

Last place I would bank in Chaffee County. Prefer the largest, Bank Of the West allows you bank services across the western United States.
