The facilities are very new and clean, and the option to use a credit card instead of cash in the self-service area was a nice feature. The bill changer confused me because it gave tokens instead of quarters as I expected (I don't live locally, so the money I exchanged was basically lost). But there is a phone number posted nearby, and the owner offered to correct the error by mailing the equivalent cash - even when I didn't ask for it. Great customer service. I was impressed.
