The prices on these items just wasn't right. The people were nervous and acted like you were stealing things the whole time. I didn't like the atmosphere. I wouldn't recommend it. Go to The Trailhead in nearby Buena Vista if your looking for more knowledgeable and friendly people to help you get the perfect gear for you.
Great shop. Great local knowledge on hiking, backcountry skiing, mountain biking, etc. I took a pair of Black Diamond ski boots in for a custom fitting and Nate Porter was able to make them fit well and comfortably through a custom fitting. I am very happy. This is a true local's shop.

Great store, a little expensive. Kimerly and the staff were very helpful. They were spot on for a place to go XC skiing also, Old Monarch Pass. Thanks Kimberly we had a great time!
