Desiree is always polite and answers questions about services available. Katrina sets patients at ease and Dr. Kim gives you options about your treatment. Malori, Sandra, and Dr. Noh are always smiling and happy. The entire office is fantastic and my family received great care.
Dr. Kim and Dr. Noh are caring and thorough. All of the staff that have helped me are amazing; from scheduling to treatment, they are one of the best dental offices I have ever been to.
Finally, a dentist in Salida that cares about real people, and not just money from insurance companies. Dr. Kim is a pro! I'd go back a heartbeat. UPDATE: I went in there for a root canal this morning, and it was so easy and painless, I almost feel asleep! I'd give them five more stars if I could!
I've had some terrifying experiences with dentists prior to going to horizon, but Dr. Kim and the entire staff have always been so kind. Sandra does her job effectively while dealing with whatever issues my mouth will give her, and being so funny and kind. I feel calm now about going to the dentist, and these guys have helped that 100%.
Very Rushed, 8 fillings done in an hour. they all fell out. the hygienist refused to completely clean my teeth. they booted me out of the office telling me i used my whole premium, Little did I know medicaid covers all dental work done while you are pregnant. They attempted reconstructing teeth that did NOT need fixing. I am in pain, and now i am on a soft diet. Dr. Noh told me the cavities she left weren't that bad, they've completely deteriorated following the botched work they did. Ive never been to a dentist that doesn't communicate with their patients. and I have NEVER been to a dentist that had pierced my sinus cavity giving me anesthesia. Horrible experience, now i have to pay more to have everything they destroyed fixed. You get what you can afford at the time. They get away with bad practice cause dentists around and in salida don't accept cash or Medicaid. They are taking advantage of People and their financial positions..Putting that insurance money and cash payments in their pockets for a half ass job because people have no other choice within 100 miles of this tiny town!
