I shop here regularly shipping packages and have never had a problem. Skye and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and a delight to work with.
Pretty ridiculous they sent my neighbor's package to my house. My house does not match the address on the package let alone do we dont even have matching digits. So I got home after work and got to finish YOUR JOB UPS, by driving to a completely different lot thats sperated by HWY. That very HWY has his mail box right there on the side and his address is on there. The same one that matches his package you sent to my address that doesnt even have matching numbers!!?!?!? Plus his house has his address right on the front door!?!?!?! It's a good thing I'm a good neighbor because I should have just kept the package and let you guys figure it out but thats wrong i can't do that to my neighbors. I tried calling you guys like 6 TIMES first but it just rings and I did call a good hour before you close. So you get this review.
Slow down and Yield to pedestrians in cross walks. Tried to ignore how fast you were speeding downtown but when I witnessed a driver fly into a cross walk with people standing and waiting was unacceptable, know you're states laws.
Plus you guys drive around like maniacs!!!
In years past had some problems with UPS on a regular basis but I feel like they have a pretty good crew now and have had no problems over the past 2-3 years. Always very nice people willing to help.
If you guys can't find an address that's clearly marked on Google Maps I really don't know how you are in business because isn't that your job to find addresses and if someone's already done your job for you like Google has shouldn't it be a walk in the park!?!?!?!!?

My business was waiting for a rush order. UPS came to deliver on a day I was closed and rescheduled the delivery for 2 WEEKS later! Unauthorized blatant disregard for my business.
