The staff knows there stuff, and are very friendly.. If you need them they are there for you
They have, seriously, the worst customer service ever. They never stick to delivery time, never call when they say, and if you need help at the shop and ask, the staff acts very irritated by your request.. don't waste your time!
Brady's West has some nice plants, flower baskets, and herbs but be very careful about buying trees or plants. We bought both trees and bushes two years in a row and had Brady's deliver and plant them for us. All six plants and two trees are native to the high country and although we followed proper care instructions all of them died within a year. When I dug up the last tree I discovered that there were no roots longer than five inches and the planter had dug the hole only an inch or two larger than the root ball and had filled the hole mostly with rocks.
Bought my first Broadmoor hanging baskets last year and they brought me joy all summer long! I felt like they brought a little bit of that small mountain town feel home.
