Ordered two items from Gunnison location. Terrible customer service from the owner. They do not honor their price match guarantee nor monthly sales. Would never shop this retailer again.
I give one star (it would be less) only because the couch we purchased at Back at the Ranch is fantastic- and the delivery men were very nice, prifessional and helpful. HOWEVER, much like the previous post the customer service received (or not) was deplorable - I made 5 requests (over a three week period) for the owner to return my call (which she still has not done) because of very uncomfortable and unprofessional interaction with their salesperson; the least of which was she gave us grief in the store abt honoring the Labor Day sales price offered and then made accusations against me. I will not purchase the additional furniture items we currently need from Back at the Ranch - specifically because the sales person and the owner don't care! We shopped at the Gunnison, CO location.
Best thing I ordered. I'm more than satisfied. No damages, right color. When I buy my house I'll buy matching chair. Got love seat and couch. Very comfortable
Beautiful ranch and rustic furniture. We love all the types of reclaimed wood and the stylish living room furniture that is available. I highly recommend this store as the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
We were looking for a unique bench for our lake house and found just what we were looking for online at Back at the Ranch. I called and spoke with the Web Manager who couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. She sent photos and details of the bench and, in less than a week, it's in my house in NC.
