We walked in a few minutes before closing and the employee that helped us was very accomodating. Buying medicine for my mother's fibromyalgia, the lady was able to give several recommendations that made the decision making process much easier. Had an interminable wait. Staff seemed indifferent to long delay. If I was informed correctly, the individual who is the owner, could be seen inside the "product" room chatting breezily with a client for ten minutes,who had already paid with product bag in hand, as others were waiting to be served. That indifference and I dare say arrogance, is not fun!
