Great service
Hired these guys to clear a slow draining pipe. A "plumber" showed up, told me it would take an hour. 5 hours later he was still there, going out to his truck to talk on his cell phone, driving around town to look for parts, cutting open pipes to look inside. He didn't get the job done, brought a teenage helper back the next day. In the end, they charged me a lot of money for a simple problem. They also added charges to the bill and billed me for all the time their worker spent on private phone calls. They were rude when I questioned the bill. Very unprofessional. Not competent. Would NEVER hire Ark Plumbing and Heating again for any type of job.

Owners partner was very rude in collection attempts, charged an "administrative fee" of $203, which is a poor way to attempt to collect money, until you realize you can deduct this amount if you pay the bill in a timely fashion. Charged for service call even though they forgot the parts at the shop, had different staff showing up and walking off the job, with promises to show up the following days, with no communication. They were tough to deal with even though they did not fix our leak. Need to be sued so they start respecting people's rights
