On the day we had to return our gear, the wind was blowing something fierce and in some spots across the highway almost no visibility because of the snow blowing across the road, I called to inform them about the weather and possibly not able to return them in time... they seemed to have no reference of how dangerous road conditions have been and told me that it was just windy and everyone is driving and if the gear were not returned by 5pm or by 8am the next we would be charged a full day with NO concern for my safety and well being, just wanted their gear or more money. Not even a drive safe and be careful, we understand.... Sad, no concern but for their own.
Great place to stop for ski and snowboard equipment and gear. Prices were pretty reasonable.
