Ty was awesome. We were driving through town and had a coolant leak. They don't have the part in Salida so Ty Mcgyvered a part to fix it till we got back to Denver. Quick, efficient and trustworthy.
It's always difficult buying used cars. Speedy's in Salida was highly recommended by a friend who had experience with them. I have to say that I had a very good experience with them as well. I was buying a used car for my son.
They let us take a car to our own mechanic in town and when my mechanic found one thing that he felt was important to fix, Speedys fixed it without question. We drove the car after purchase and noticed that the light for the gear shift was out making it nearly impossible to see what gear you were putting the car into without turning on the overhead lights. We took the car back and Speedy's fixed that for free without question.

Speedy's is great! They will do their very best to get you what you need at a price and payment option you can afford. I purchased a 20 year old truck and have been driving it for three months without a single mechanical issue. Great people - just ask for "Tiny".

This a father, son and dog operation. You are greeted by a lovely healer who silently sits on a chair while you talk cars, then gently escorts you out when you leave. I found both father and son to be honest and forthright. They check the cars and make all necessary repairs to ensure they are not only safe, but also in top driving condition so you won't be stuck with a problem a month after you purchase.
