They also are the ones who deal with the storage units west of the grooming area. The lady is always a jerk, every s.i.n.g.l.e time. When you call to make payment over the phone and she is doing something she will write your card number down, not safe, then you ask the amount that will be charged she says, I don't know that I'll have to figure that out later.Not I'm busy can I take your info later and let you know. Nope, she'll just charge your card. Will never recommend this place, to anyone. I'm sorry customer service is key, and this place lacks it in ALL areas
Good place to use when you need them
My dog is big (80lbs) and is scared of being groomed. He’s difficult to say the least. Karen is very patient with him and treats him kindly. He’s always happy to go inside, and he comes out smelling and looking great. I don’t want a standard grooming style—I like all his hair cut short. Karen has always listened to my requests. It is also very affordable! I won’t take my dog anywhere else!
Tried to go here, on google it says they are open Saturdays 8am-6pm it also says this on their own door. Drove 60 miles from park county to come get dog food and they are closed with no note on the door. Bummer.
Terribly dissapointed. I called this place and asked about having my full sized standard poodle cut. She quoted me 65$ (I've never payed under 100$ for a cut on him before) I take him there to get him cut at 11 am and explain to her what I would like done, she then tells me to be back at 2 pm (about 2-3 hours less than anyone has quoted me) when I get there to pick him up she tells me she's running behind so I wait. Then when I get him she has done basically nothing that I asked besides cut his hair. I'm deeply disappointed in the quality of hair cut he got, I'm not a picky guy all I asked was take the hair on his neck all the way down because I keep a collar on him, she just cut him the same length everywhere and didn't leave a big vest on his chest or pon-pons on his ankles like I asked and traditional poodle cuts do. If you expect a good hair cut don't go to this place. I tipped her 20$ on accident too cause I figured it was going to be a good cut, as soon as I saw him I said I had an emergency so I didn't have to talk to her I just handed her the money I already had made up and it was 20$ over.
