A well-maintained, scenic campground, right on the river and right off the highway. I believe there was a picnic table, fire pit, and tent pad at every site. Vault toilets are clean except bugs, but you'll find those anywhere. Very pretty, easy to access, but expensive for dry camping.
Good place to camp or picnic by the Arkansas river. Colorado parks state pass covers the day use fees of $6.
Very beautiful scenery, great fishing, clean and lighted bathrooms, there is a changing area. Really nice and spacious camping area
Great place to dry camp. They have vault toilets. You are right on the Arkansas River where you can watch the rafters going by. There is a fire pit and a picnic table for every site. The only drawback is that you are right off the roadway. They also have a very good boat ramp.
Really clean and nicely set up. It has a fire pit with grill and picnic table. Nice campsite but close to main road so can be loud at night. Right next to the water, it was beautiful!! And rangers are friendly, the area is well maintained!!
