We finally went to O'Reillys where they were friendly and more than happy to help.
Auto Zone has always been my favorite .. They came outside to my car and taught me how to use tools n resolved the issue within 20 min.. I also love variety of candy they have ;)
Worst customer service we have ever experienced. The girl working the counter was extremely rude and didn't even take the time to look up from her piece of paper. I wouldn't even give them 1 star, but I had too. Management needs to rethink who they have working. Customer service is about being friendly and helpful. Maybe she missed that memo!
Every time I walk in the doors, there is always an employee asking me if i need help.. and I always do! They always reccomended the best products and always steer me in the right direction. Also always willing to install a battery or wiper blades. Saved my butt many times ♡
I know my hubby loves shopping here for his truck...
