Best Auto Mechanic experience I have ever had. My truck broke down on the way out of town after a short visit. I was able to get it to Brad's Garage, barely! Brad was booked out two and a half weeks. He spent a bit of time on the phone trying to find a local garage that could fit it in but everyone was booked out at least a few days.
I'm in my appointment 6 days before. I had my truck there at 8 a.m. and it was out by 12 just like they promised. They have always done a great job for me.
Brad said he would just find the time and fit it in. He drove my family to a hotel! Stayed late to fix it! the part ended up being faulty so he sent one of his guy's all the way to Buena Vista to get another one (they had none in Salida). Then worked on it that day to get me on my way. Then came and picked us up at the hotel!!!! Who does that anymore? Who is that awesome and helpful?!?!?!
I simply cannot recommend this shop enough. Having had bad experiences with a number of other vendors it is so refreshing to have a shop with people you can trust and take pride in their work. Every time I've worked with Brad or Zach (sp?) both have been very attentive to my explanation of the issues, their troubleshooting of the issue is always quick and accurate, and they have always been more than willing to demonstrate the issues for my understanding. They are very aware of keeping the costs reasonable and ensuring a good quality result in the time frames promised. They are excellent and timely in their communications and I can trust in what they tell me. They have won my continued business, thanks Brads Automotive!
Saved my vacation. I thought my break pads were gone...turned out to be a pebble caught between the pad and rotor. They got it in on a day nobody else could and had it done the same day. Also, they were really friendly and easy to talk to. Thanks guys.

I am seriously considering setting an appointment with them for my standard maintenance. It would be well worth a two hour drive to have someone with this level of integrity and work ethic.
