Horrible experience. Went in for an oil change and within one day one of my tires started to go flat. Took it back to them and they said I needed a new tire because something was in it. Something in my gut told me not to let them touch my car again. Immediately drove to Salida tire and they looked at the tire and found nothing wrong. Aired it up and sent me on my way. Don't let them touch your car.
They always go above and beyond. My tires didn't come in time because of a storm and Jim got the tire company to upgrade, give me 2 free tires and cover the rental car. I never dreamed of finding a place where they go out of their way to help you out.
Great customer service and very professional staff
While the service people did a good job, the manager cursed at me, took 15 minutes to process my credit card, and put a sticker on my windshield that said my next oil change was due in 21, 317 miles or 4 months, whichever came first. He is obviously in over his head.
The only shop that has touched my 2010 Harley Davidson F150... Thanks guys for the great service!
