Terrible! PakMail boxed my bike touring gear into 2 boxes that they strapped together to make 1 shipping parcel. The strapping came undone in the shipping system. A box of panniers containing $1500 of camping gear was lost in the FedEx system because PakMail’s strapping failed. PakMail would not warrant any of it, even though their strapping failed. I am a bike guide and will never ship with them again and will discourage my participants from doing so as well.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE PAK MAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like the post office SUCKS I always have pre paid labels on my packages and I stand FOREVER in line at the post office VS at Pak mail they have a cart right when you walk in so you can just drop it off, and if theirs a line it moves so quickly! Iv NEVER had a rude person, their always sooooooooo friendly!! I definitely recommend going their if your in a hurry and or just have packages to drop off. Thank you so much! About time we have a quick and friendly business in town! Truly appreciate everyone who works their including the owner! Kind souls!

Tried to get something notarized here on Monday. They said it was by appointment only and had to wait until Thursday or Friday. I shut down business on Thursday to meet their appointment time, however they could not notarize because their employees were "too busy" to witness it without an extra payment. Too much hassle with notary public. Other services are very good here and I have generally had a good experience. They offer a mail box service that is very helpful as well as shipping services that are convenient.
