I just had my computer upgraded by Anthony at Brass Tacks. What a great job he did! He kept me in the loop on what he was doing and finished in record time. When I got the computer home, I called Anthony to set up my printer (at his suggestion), but he went through several other steps to get get everything set up where it was easy for me to access. This is why I have so much confidence in Brass Tacks and how readily they help me whenever I need it.
Brass Tacks have always been quick to respond to us. The are polite, really great to work with and have always managed to fix our computers - without costing an arm and a leg. The remote service is such a bonus for a busy business and it is great to know that all of our computers are checked for viruses. Their annual/monthly membership is well worth looking into - it has saved us lots of money this year. Anthony is friendly, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I can't recommend Brass Tacks highly enough.
Anthony is awesome. I called and left a message and he called me back within 30 minutes. It was a simple fix and he shared it with me right over the phone and didnt charge me a thing. He was very professional and kind. I loved the fact that he gave me a simple solution and didn't try to take our small businesses money. Thanks Anthony you ROCK!!
They are the best! I need to keep my computer running for two businesses and they got me on their monitoring and anti virus programs. I don't have to worry anymore about what happens if I have an issue. I am a member of their club and they will take care of me. Peace of mind means a lot when it comes to my computer.
We just moved to Salida a few months ago, and I work for myself, so my computer is my lifeline.
