Wish I could give zero stars!!! DO NOT go to Rocky Mountain resole! What an awful experience !!! I needed a replacement zipper on my cute heeled boots. They had them for over a month and a half. I called to check on them and the lady was super rude to me. I finally got down to salida to pick them up and they handed me my favorite boots with two DIFFERENT COLORED ZIPPERS!!! I mentioned to the guy that I really don't want two different colors and they are very noticeable. He said well that's the closest we could find . I said why didn't you call me to tell me the didn't match????? He said" didn't think you were that picky" ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!!! and they still charged me for labor. Absolutely horrible! I would not recommend this place to anyone!
Great job on a resole of my very old but expensive and well-worn pair of Asolo boots. I am very pleased with how my boots turned out & were given a new life! Turn around time was quick for mailing back & forth & I was emailed regularly with progress. I recommend this company hands down!
Fairly well satisfied with their work, couple very minor blemishes on the boots, but hey...they're Asolo hiking boots. They're going to get scuffed anyway! Very fast turn around. Would use again. Way cheaper than buying new boots!
Boots started to delaminate after 2 days. After 5 large gaps started to appear. By 8th day, picture attached, it was evident the resole will fall off.
Shotty repairs, substandard service. I've had my 1992 One Sport Hiking Boots resoled 2x. Once by an outfit in Oregon that lasted over 10 years. Once by Rocky Mtn Resole that lasted 4 days before the sole started to delaminate. I send them back for "warranty" repair only to have them sent back to me "shoe goo'd" in the spots that were delaminating. Save yourself the money and headaches - repair somewhere else or buy new.
