- I'm sorry, my finger is clean.
How are people rating this 4-5 stars?! You guys obviously never had good pho. As a Vietnamese person, this did not meet my expectations. Small portions, noodles were too hard, lukewarm and unflavorful broth. Seems like it was sitting out for a while before making it to my table. Plus it was overpriced. If you want good pho, go to Denver. The only item I did enjoy were the fried egg rolls, so I'll give it another star.
- Do not put your finger in the soup. That's disgusting and is a poor presentation for a restaurant.
Awesome , "clean" food that's not heavy on the gut. Daily specials are great

Owner / manager: Please, you need to train this gentleman in how to treat customers and how to bring food to the table.
Loved the food and the service is great!!
I like the food in this place and the service. People are friendly and kind. The food is tasting and healthy, from my view point. Usually, I go there for lunch once a week. I have experienced two inconvenient in this place in the past, but they were not so significant. But today, I felt that I had a good reason to post a review. As always, I ordered Chicken Pho #2, medium size. I like it a lot! When the gentleman brought the food to the table, his thumb was inside the soup. I said:
One suggestion: Never justify a wrong action or give the customer excuses that will never fix the situation.
P/S Thanks to the young woman in the front desk. Great service!
Wonderful little spot to have a nice bowl of Pho. More authentic for a Salida eatery. I think they could kick it up a notch on the menu. Offer a few more staples. The prices are high compared to what you usually see. However well worth a visit I'd say once a week. Conveniently downtown and next to the Vic.
And he left and went to the kitchen to share the situation.
Thank you.
I have worked as waiter in several restaurants. If that had been my case, I would have offered my apologies to the customer and would have replaced the food to a new one. Also, I would have said: How may I serve you better? Or give him a 10 or 20% discount on the order.
Gentleman, your finger was not clean. Everything you touch is full of bacteria. Why do the people in Little Cambodia's kitchen wear gloves while serving the food? Think about that!
