Last time I ordered a shake, they decided to not tell me the machine was broken. And tried to give me a milky shake. And when I asked for my money back they acted like I was an a**hole.
Everyone complains about long wait times here. We are a tourist town and everyone and their dog comes through and orders $50.00 worth of food on every other ticket. This store has one if not the highest ticket average daily not just in Colorado but nation wide. So be nice to the staff and remember that they are working very hard to get every order out on time. They also close at 11 every night all year round.

The time before that, I ordered a breakfast sandwich. And when I got to work I was about to take a bite and saw there was mold on my bun. I took back the food, and had to fight for a refund. They acted like I had magically added mold to my food.
These 2 experiences were 6 months apart.
I will never return to this place as a customer.
I ordered my food with 20 mins left i my lunch break and no one in front of at the drive thru. I was late because even though no one else was there they still got my order wrong and took forever to get it out. This sonic has always been terrible. I wont even go for treats now because i dont have that much time to lose
This place takes forever. We were sitting one car back to order for 15 minutes and they hadn't even taken that cars order. They have a dumb curb so you can't get out of line. Good thing we were in a truck, we were able to go over the curb and go down the road to McDonald's. We just wanted something quick and fast as we travel. This place is Super Slow!
